RETURNS POLICY
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order, but for any reason you are not, please contact us at info@holsm.com
Standard Jacket: All items must be returned unused, with original packaging within 14 days of receipt of your order. Items will be examined upon receipt for signs of unreasonable use. Goods may not be refunded if they are deemed not to be re-sellable.
Custom Jacket: As Custom Jackets are unique to the customer only a credit note can be issued.
Unfortunately we are not responsible for the cost of return shipping of goods deemed as not faulty.
It is advisable to make sure all return items are well packaged and sent using a trackable service. We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in return transit
If returning an item from outside the UK, please ensure 'RETURNED GOODS’ is stated on the parcel to avoid any customs charges. We cannot take responsibility for any return custom charges made and may refuse to receive the parcel.
